Dual aisle access for maximum visibility and traffic flow. Each booth combines four adjoining 10x10 spaces for approximately 400 sq. ft. of area.

Booth Assignments & Terms

Unless otherwise noted, booth and table locations are assigned by show management approximately one week prior to the Expo. Each venue follows its own layout, fire code, and floor plan regulations.

Foyer Booths – $500 (Limited to 10 spaces)

Located in the high-traffic foyer area where all attendees enter and exit the Expo Hall. Carpeted and highly visible.

Front Row Corner Booth Upgrade – +$100 per 10x10 space

These are the first corner booths attendees see upon entering the Exhibit Hall.

Example: A 10x20 booth with both corners would add $200.

Standard Corner Booth Upgrade – +$50 per 10x10 space

Available for all other corner locations throughout the Expo Hall.

Classes & Demonstrations

We welcome interactive sessions such as pinning, taxidermy, and other creative demos. Please contact us for class requirements, scheduling, and approval.

Power and internet access can be added during registration for an additional fee (varies by venue).

Add-ons such as extra tables or chairs are available depending on booth type (not for Six-Foot Table vendors).
